Bryan T. Pope

Mr. Pope is a veteran attorney with over 30 years of experience. His specialty is helping clients resolve disputes to their satisfaction quickly and at a reasonable price. He has the experience to evaluate cases at an early point to determine if the client should move for dismissal, or try to settle the case or prepare it for trial.
Mr. Pope is Board Certified in both Personal Injury Trial Law and Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He has an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, which is the highest rating bestowed upon attorneys, when he was evaluated for his legal abilities and compliance with ethical standards. Mr. Pope has also been named a Texas Super Lawyer for each of the last ten years. He has an active trial docket and has tried over 60 cases during his career.
Mr. Pope has extensive experience in representing companies who have been sued in both personal injury and business disputes. He has served as counsel for numerous companies involved in the amusement and leisure industry and is a past President of the International Amusement and Leisure Defense Association.
He has expertise in the defense of premises and product liability cases and has represented the Six Flag group of companies for over 30 years.
He has worked with numerous clients and their insurance carriers in professional liability cases and has represented architects and engineers in both personal injury and construction defect cases. He also defended transportation cases, dram shop cases, and assault and battery suits.
In addition to being an experienced attorney, Mr. Pope is also a qualified mediator and has mediated over 100 cases. He is currently performing mediations in Rockwall and Dallas Counties.
