Michelle is a Shareholder in the Dallas office and practices primarily in construction litigation for design professionals including architects and engineers. She focuses on defense of professionals against breach of contract, construction defect, and construction related injuries and death. For more than a decade, Michelle previously represented contractors and subcontractors in these types of actions, which provides her great insight to better defend design professionals.
Michelle also has extensive litigation experience in defending clients in automobile/trucking accidents, premises liability claims, commercial claims, Dram Shop actions, contractual disputes, wrongful termination, fire loss, property damage claims and business litigation. Michelle currently represents the insureds of major insurance carriers. She has achieved significant success in disposing of cases without the need for trial through critical motion practice and legal research skills.
