Krystal L. McCool
Associate
Krystal grew up in Winters, Texas, a small west Texas town. She took an unconventional route to law school studying biology and forensic science along the way. Krystal began her legal career working for an intellectual property law firm doing patent litigation, trademark prosecution, copyright registration, and handling trade secret matters. Krystal later made the switch to practicing civil litigation representing both businesses and individuals in a vast variety of matters.
Krystal has experience handling legal matters ranging from basic breach of contract to complex real estate litigation. She has handled construction litigation, commercial litigation, civil forfeiture recovery, estate planning, personal injury, consumer protection, fraud, and negligence. She also has experience with business formation, licensing, and drafting intricate agreements. Krystal now practices in the Dallas office of Waddell Serafino Geary Rechner Jenevein, PC and is a member of the electric utility law practice group.
Krystal has been married to her husband Kevin since 2015. Together, they have four beautiful children. The McCools enjoy participating in and watching sports, exploring museums, and family movie nights.
