Kelly R. Fisher graduated from Southern Methodist University with a double major in Real Estate and Finance in 1989. He graduated from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 1993. Thereafter, he was an associate at two large national firms. Mr. Fisher has represented numerous national and regional retail tenants throughout the United States.
Mr. Fisher's practice also involves the representation of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, borrowers and lenders in commercial transactions throughout the United States. Mr. Fisher has extensive experience in complex lending transactions, including loan documentation, review and drafting of loan workout documents.
