Keith is a shareholder in the Dallas office, whose practice is focused on representation of all types of parties involved in the construction and real estate development process, including design professionals, owners, general contractors, home builders, and subcontractors in mediation, arbitration, litigation and informal dispute resolution. Keith often represents design professionals in cases involving malpractice, breach of contract, and design defect claims.

Keith has been involved in many matters in arbitration as both advocate and arbitrator.

Keith was among the first class of attorneys Board Certified® in Construction Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Early in his pre-law-school career, he worked in managerial positions for general contractors in the Dallas area on several landmark projects.
