• Dallas Office Goes to the Texas State Fair

  For the second year, the Dallas office of our firm enjoyed an afternoon at the Texas State Fair in historic Fair Park on Wednesday, October 16, 2019.  Again, the firm treated each of its employees to admission, several sheets of coupons, and arranged for transportation to and from the Fair.  Employees were free to spend the afternoon roaming the fair grounds and enjoying all the State Fair had to offer.  
  
  While it may be the little things that make a difference at the workplace, sometime employee appreciation stretches beyond the office walls.  When the efforts of employees are acknowledged with recognition and rewards, employees are motivated to work harder.  Our firm doesn’t just assume that our employees know we think they’re amazing. Instead, we demonstrate our firm’s own values of gratitude and appreciation —to clearly acknowledge their contributions, not only as part of the team and the firm but as individuals, too.
